On the scheduled day, we'll pick up your vehicle, and our Service team will address any queries.

 

Your INFINITI will be taken to the Service Centre, and we'll keep you informed about the progress, required work, pricing, and payment options.

Once the service is done, we'll contact you with the work details and coordinate the return of your vehicle.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The service needs to be scheduled in advance to benefit from this exclusive program. Contact your nearest INFINITI Service Centre for more details.
  • INFINITI Valet can be serviced through the truck (where and when available), a service team member or recovery vehicle from your home or your office.
  • The INFINITI Valet Program is available to all INFINITI customers, regardless of vehicle age, and is not limited to any kind of warranty.
  • The program can also be used in conjunction with INFINITI’s Courtesy Vehicle Program, where available.
